**Office Coordinator and Front Desk Support**
at Sixth Street Dallas The Role
The Office Coordinator and Front Desk Support is responsible for supporting team members based in Dallas. The position will work closely with the global administrative team and the Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This person will work in-office up to five days a week.
Core Responsibilities
General executive assistant duties including calendar administration, travel management (domestic and international), greeting guests, phone coverage, coordinating meetings, and expense reporting
Liaising with external vendors and business contacts
Coordinate office events, catering for meetings and setup/breakdown of conference room
Assistance with interview coordination and greeting candidates
Handle sensitive documents such as invoices, fundraising presentations and more

Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
