Position Overview

• Analyze and process invoices and financial documents after examining for completeness and accuracy
• Research incorrect information received, determine the resolution to complete the billing process
• Communicate with others within the billing department to exchange information and to answer questions and / or resolve issues
• Assist other co-workers with related billing tasks as necessary

• Strong communication skills and high level of attention to accuracy and detail
• Multi-tasking capabilities with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Solid typing and 10 key skills
• Basic financial acumen and understanding of accounting / accounts payable process
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Clerical and / or administrative experience
