Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Manager to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of our receivables process, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing cash flow for the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, billing, and collections processes.

- Monitor accounts aging and take proactive measures to address overdue accounts and minimize bad debt exposure.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.

- Generate regular reports and analysis on accounts receivable metrics, cash flow projections, and aging reports for management review.

- Continuously streamline and optimize accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 3 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly related to accounts receivable.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Acumatica, SAP) and MS Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
