The In-Market Field Strategist is responsible for the increased revenue for clients/accounts for which they have conducted an in-person sales training & they have been assigned the account manager. As this is a pilot program, the roles, and responsibilities of this position may change as the pilot program continues to develop and take share. As the In-Market Field Strategist, clients/accounts, sales training, tradeshows, etc. will be assigned based on location.

A note to applicants, this role requires heavy travel, which at times can exceed more than 50%.

About You

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing sales revenue for new & existing clients. Work alongside various internal teams and departments to support client growth and retention.
  • Client facing strategy meetings
  • Reporting and analysis of clients’ opportunity and revenue. Develop and execute RFPs, POCs and QBRs.
  • Attending shows or meeting prospects and SI clients (other KAMs/sales reps)
  • Conduct in-person sales trainings. Facilitate key account development through training of the sales force, order fulfillment/management teams, demos, on-site client visits, building and maintaining relationships with key stake holders and influencers.
  • Outbound contact via phone calls & emails
  • Updating CRM with client and prospect notes
  • Manage and maintain direct relationships with key client accounts.; preparing reports; making strategic recommendations.
  • Work directly with the Business Development team to maximize revenue on potential and existing client database.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to build strategic partnerships with leading organizations within the digital advertising industry. Which include but are not limited to implementation and strategy of products and services, strategic partnering, and customer relationship management.
  • Develop an understanding of market segmentation, application and customer needs, competition, market trends and dynamics to support strategies to target new opportunities and grow existing partnerships.
  • Participate in bi-monthly production meetings/account manager meetings

Required Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree inmarketing, business or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience inmarketing role dealing directly with clients
  • Proficiency in a wide range of tools and software used in marketing and sales.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to build strong professional relationships within the team and across the organization.
  • Prolific writing and documentation skills, able to produce requirements, scenarios, use cases, and cross-org workflows in support of product team using standard Agile team tools from Atlassian and Microsoft (Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in a wide range of tools and software used in marketing and sales. 
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to build strong professional relationships within the team and across the organization. 
  • Prolific writing and documentation skills, able to produce requirements, scenarios, use cases, and cross-org workflows in support of product team using standard Agile team tools from Atlassian and Microsoft (Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Word, etc.)
