We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Centrifi product team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our new SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand user needs and goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize features for a compelling SAAS product.

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.

• Create robust user journeys that improve adoption and usage, focusing on intuitive onboarding, early value delivery, ease of use and reducing friction points.

• Design intuitive, visually appealing user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, aligning them with the optimized user journeys.

• Develop clickable prototypes to gather user feedback and refine both designs and the user journey itself.

• Create and maintain a design system emphasizing reusable components, rapid iteration, and scalability.

• Design for flexibility: Build interfaces that easily adapt to new features, user segments, and evolving user journeys as the product scales.

• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure seamless UI/UX design across the website, landing pages, and user acquisition funnels.

• Create robust and industry-standard design documentation to facilitate smooth development handoff and maintain design consistency.

• Analyze user feedback, metrics, and A/B testing results to continuously refine user experiences and designs for increased adoption and usage.

• Stay up to date on design trends, particularly those enhancing user onboarding, engagement, and retention in SaaS products.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 5 years of UI/UX design experience.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs and UX projects. SaaS products or startup experience is a plus.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proven success designing and shipping products in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.

• Deep understanding of component-driven design, design tokens, and design systems.

• Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, analysis and reporting.

• Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Digital marketing / advertising experience is a plus
