We are looking for a Product Owner to direct product development and ensure high delivery of value to customers and the business. You will implement customer feedback into features and drive the product development process from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and a reliable problem-solver. Responsibilities:

• Defining and delivering major new digital products.
• Work with senior executive management to capture and define features and functions to enhance our digital marketing product to build a roadmap that supports the evolution of the product.
• Lead teams by establishing a roadmap, defining measurable goals, and tracking progress through quick iteration.
• Hold the team accountable for building the right thing by setting goals and measuring success.
• Lead stakeholder discovery to find new areas for Site Impact to solve emerging problems.
• Be the go-to expert on the product and technology.
• Partner with design to create mocks and prototypes to bring the roadmap to life, aid in usability testing, engineering costing, etc.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.
• Translate a complex set of possibilities (and technical requirements) into simple, compelling value propositions for the customer.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• 5 years of experience in Product Management with a record of accomplishment of bringing Agile software products to market.
• 3 years' experience within a digital marketing / advertising company.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
