Responsibilities:
Research, design, and develop AI/ML algorithms and models to optimize media channel mix recommendations
Research, design, and develop AI/ML algorithms and models to optimize budget spend recommendations within the digital marketing platform.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that inform model development and improvement.
Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and transform data for model training and deployment.
Implement and deploy production-ready AI/ML models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on model improvements based on feedback and real-world outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and integrate relevant innovations into our platform.
Data Modeling by crafting and manage data models to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across our systems.
Required Experience:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) in developing AI/ML models for real-world applications, preferably in the digital marketing domain.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with hands-on experience in libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data preprocessing techniques.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services for AI/ML model development and deployment.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, ROAS) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
