● Drink Quality & Coffee Preparation:

  • Consistently prepare coffee drinks with care and maintain the company standards set by the

Trainer and Quality Control team.

  • Consistently taste coffees and brew methods to increase the range of your palate and ensure the quality of the drinks you serve.
  • Participate in cuppings, training exercises, and after hours training.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and health code regulations during food and drink preparation.

COMPENSATION $21-26 / hour after tips

(Base wage - $15/hour $6-12/hour tips.)
