Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Operate Digital Copier Machine

- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs

- Assist with bindery needs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
