As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners find the best solutions for their home improvement projects while enjoying uncapped earning potential and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Travel within a 100-mile radius to meet with clients and demonstrate products at their homes.
  • Gain expert knowledge of SIR's products and services to effectively discuss options with homeowners.
  • Provide professional consultations and guide clients in making the best decisions for their home improvement projects.
  • Deliver a proven sales presentation and overcome basic closing objections.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Attend professional paid trainings and weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively speak and write in English
  • Influential, persuasive communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate homeowners' needs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization and time management skills

Compensation

In 2022, Sales Specialists earned between $80,000 - $250,000, with an average first-year income of $80,000 - $150,000.
