Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Conduct administrative tasks to support office operations
- Proofread documents for errors before distribution
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
