The company will bring a portfolio of innovative products to US customers and patients.To strengthen our Sintetica US leadership team, we are currently looking for a Vice President of Sales.Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving sales in the United States for Sintetica’s injectable product portfolio.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to understand Sintetica’s overall performance and financial objectives. Build a business plan for sales team which aligns with business objectives. Execute sales plan to meet or exceed sales projections and market share expectations.
  • As sales leader, will lead a highly experienced IDN sales team and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet the company’s revenue objectives. Mentor and inspire team; foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team ensuring they meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ownership of key accounts (GPOs and National accounts); including responsibilities for product launch, contract negotiation, product setup, and account monitoring versus expected performance.
  • Business Owner of the account, including, but not limited to, performance of account reviews, face-to-face meetings (maintain cadence), establishes process for account performance measurement. This also includes setting up overall account strategy, and negotiations on contracting and key business points of the contract.
  • Develop product access strategies and tactics for customers. Analysis of all possible contracting options
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market shifts to identify opportunities.
  • Key role in leveraging existing relationships as well as developing new relationships to identify, develop and maintain sales prospects, opportunities to grow, and to execute annual sales plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer’s executive management and decision makers.
  • Management of travel budget aligned to overall company financial plan.
  • Identify contracting opportunities.
  • National and Regional trade show participation.
  • Consistently provide market feedback.
  • Reports to president of Sintetica US.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales leadership or National account management experience and minimum of 5 years prior experience in Pharmaceutical sales.
  • ·Demonstrated success in healthcare product sales.
  • A mix of Generic /Generic Plus/ Brand injectable experience preferred as well as proven success in new product launches.
  • Understanding of GPO, IDN and affiliated Hospital relationships.
  • Demonstrated success working cross functionally to generate most optimized business performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to translate customer needs into actionable responses.
  • Willingness for consistent travel included overnight stays.
