WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As our Chief Operating Officer - COO, you'll provide visionary guidance, forging new paths for our revolutionary Single Stop technology. Your strategic leadership will aim to serve 250 thousand individuals, connecting them to over 1.5 billion in benefits and support annually within the next 5 years. Partnering with government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits, you'll expand our reach and impact, fostering innovation and growth.

Your role doesn't stop there. You'll oversee operations, ensuring the effective use of resources to advance economic stability. Driving financial stewardship, you'll manage budgets, fundraising efforts, and the licensing SaaS model, ensuring sustainable growth. As the face of Single Stop, you'll advocate for our mission, build key relationships, and spearhead the adoption of innovative technologies, propelling our programs to new heights.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - COO

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Leadership experience in relevant fields
  • Experience in driving innovation and process excellence
  • Experience securing grants and fundraising in a nonprofit or similar setting
  • Experience in navigating public benefits systems
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, education institutions, nonprofits, and technology partners
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, fundraising, and management of licensing models
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills

Having 5 years of senior leadership experience is preferred!
