Requirements:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop innovative technical solutions.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams on technical projects.

• Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals and presentations to clients.

• Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

• Participate in presales activities, including solution scoping, estimation, and proposal development.

• Work with Accounts to develop KPIs to measure the success of technical projects and solutions based on client business requirements.

• Lead the technical aspects of client engagements and consult with client technical leaders.

• Develop technical briefs that document project requirements and approaches.

• Oversee the development and successful delivery of high-quality, efficient, and maintainable digital solutions.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and establish quality standards for the Agency.

• Responsible for communicating with freelancers and vendors throughout web projects to facilitate timely and high-quality project completion. In partnership with PMO, ensure that all project tasks are logged appropriately in project management systems.

• Collaborate with project management to triage QA tickets, assess issue severity and impact, and ensure timely resolution of critical problems. 

• Translate technical concepts to inform and educate non-technical employees and clients. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Mastery of WCAG compliance

• Professional experience developing and deploying large installations of Drupal and WordPress websites.

• Professional experience with front-end development technologies such as Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS.

• Exposure to SDLC, DevOps workflows, and code versioning tools

• In-depth understanding of modern web content management platforms and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills 

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

Salary starts at $108,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
