*Must be available TUESDAY-FRIDAY 1PM-5:30PM & SATURDAY 8AM-12PM*

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a temporary office assistant during the summer (May-Aug).

Job Duties include:

-Completing invoices.
- Performing tours of our facility.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

-Bringing dogs to/from valet

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or related field
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
