Role:

Actively participate in software development, configuration, and testing projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation phases. This role will engage with cross-functional business and technology team members through the project lifecycle, developing and documenting business requirements to be used by the software development/delivery teams as well as the basis for test cases utilized by the QA team to ensure that solutions meet the original business requirements. The Business Analyst provides leadership and drives collaboration across disciplines to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholders’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product knowledge.
• Develop and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct analysis of large sets of data/documents with limited guidance.
• Identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis, and draw conclusions and findings with limited guidance.
• Work with the technical team on user stories as needed.
• Follow up on assigned tasks – full ownership of tasks.
• Show self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data or information.

Required Skills:

• Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in writing queries, Stored procedures, and functions using SQL Server.
• Should have good experience in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS skills.
• Must have healthcare insurance knowledge.
• Experience and deep understanding of the Trizetto FACETS Plan Data model and Provider data model are a plus.
• Experience and deep understanding of the QNXT Benefits data model and Provider data model.
• University degree (any field, economics not necessary, technical is a plus) OR Final year of master’s studies OR Fresh graduates can also apply.
• Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, and creativity in problem-solving.
• Superior personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., communication and soft skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities, personal maturity).
