The role of the Product Consultant is to provide leadership on implementation projects through the pre-sales support, discovery, analysis, and configuration phases. This role will need to understand (or quickly develop the understanding of) the customer needs and our platform structure to enable effective solutions for the customer. This role will lead the team in delivering the user stories that drive the implementation and QA activities for each sprint. The Product Consultant provides leadership and drives collaboration inside and outside of their assigned team to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholder needs. They will report to their assigned Product Manager within the company.
