Simple Businesses is Hiring a Hr generalist Near Salem, MA

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will have a broadknowledge of human resources as well as general administrativeresponsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously andefficiently to ensure the endtoend running of HR projects andoperations.

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitmentprocesses.
  • Conduct employeeonboarding and help organize training & developmentinitiatives.
  • Provide support toemployees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves andcompensation and resolve any issues that mayarise.
  • Promote HR programs tocreate an efficient and conflictfreeworkplace.
  • Assist in developmentand implementation of human resourcepolicies.
  • Gather and analyze datawith useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnoverrates.
  • Maintain employee files andrecords in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptlyapplying new perks and benefits and organizing team buildingactivities.
  • Ensure compliance withlabor regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HRGeneralist.
  • Understanding ofgeneral human resources policies andprocedures.
  • Good knowledge ofemployment / labor laws.
  • Outstandingknowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be aplus.
  • Excellent communication andpeople skills.
  • Aptitude inproblemsolving.
  • Desire to work as ateam with a resultsdriven approach.
  • BSc / BA in Business administration or relevant field;additional HR training will be a plus.
