Job Description:
SiMa.ai is looking for a MTS, Technical Writer to create, edit and revise Product (Hardware and Software) collateral by collaborating with our business, product, engineering, and marcom teams.

Areas of focus and key responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering and business) to identify and develop technical documents for current and roadmap products
• Review and translate relevant engineering documents to externally consumable documents that are easily understood.
• Create innovative ideas for content and workflow representation.
• Learn and understand technical jargon and translate to common everyday language.
• Contribute to the technical publication production processes.
• Define technical publication standard templates for different document types.
• Assist in preparation and layout of work for publication.
• Assist and create technical blogs and articles

Required Background:

• 7 years of technical publication in semiconductor and /or Technology industry.
• Directly authored and created engineering docs from scratch while working with engineers.
• Proven track record for technical publications
• Experience in Tech tools like FrameMaker, Visio, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and SnagIt
• Experienced with Google Docs, Word, Acrobat, HTML documents, Confluence, and Excel
• Proven ability to develop creative, effective, and technically accurate publications.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Background in Linux, engineering, computer science or machine learning is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $223,100. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, qualifications, expertise, work location, total target compensation, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
