The candidate will be managing the full cycle recruitment process and should be knowledgeable in lifecycle recruiting with a strong base in sourcing talent, interviewing, and engaging candidates through multiple channels and on diverse platforms. This position will lead the talent acquisition efforts as part of the HR division, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Operations.We seek a dynamic individual who is just as comfortable with autonomy as collaborating with the human resources team. Someone who understands current industry trends with the ability to forecast hiring needs while defining necessary criteria for those positions. This individual would be expected to build a strong pipeline through methodical and proactive research and sourcing of candidates while developing plans to strategically fill open positions. A demonstrated ability to problem-solve with strong usage and data reporting of mainstream Applicant Tracking Systems.
