Silver Stem Fine Cannabis is Hiring a Packaging Support Technician Near Boulder, CO
- Ability to balance and monitor a scale correctly.
- Must be able to accurately weigh all products within a given tolerance, working with decimals.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ensure all internal and state-mandated inventory systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of packaging process and supplies.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift and take pride in their station.
- Ensures Proper PPE is always worn within designated areas.
- Maintains cleanliness, sanitation levels, and safety standards.
- Performs other duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some mechanical knowledge preferred to troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment, making necessary repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, or equipment damage during packaging operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Lift and move heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
- Work in a lab environment with exposure to cannabis products and solvents.
- Must have obtained valid support or key badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division before the date of hire.
