OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRY DISCLAIMER

Join Our Team at Silver Lining Psychiatry: A Warm and Supportive Outpatient Practice

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others?

Are you considering a career in the field of mental health, but hesitant due to misconceptions about the types of patients you might encounter?

At Silver Lining Psychiatry, we are proud to be an outpatient psychiatric practice providing compassionate care to individuals seeking support for their mental health concerns. We understand that the term "psychiatry" can sometimes evoke images of intense, hospital-based settings with severely ill patients.

However, we want you to know that outpatient psychiatry is quite different.

Our Patient Population

Our patient population is more akin to that of an internal medicine practice rather than a hospital psychiatric unit. We primarily serve individuals with common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. Our patients are individuals seeking support and guidance as they navigate life's challenges, and they come to us for the same reasons one might visit any other medical practice.

A Warm and Supportive Environment

At Silver Lining Psychiatry, we prioritize creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for both our patients and our staff. We understand the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported in their role.

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, possess excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in managing medical records and practice operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction

- Oversee scheduling, billing, and coding processes to optimize revenue cycle management

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare laws and regulations

- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care delivery

- Handle budgeting and financial management for the office

- Implement and maintain electronic health records systems

- Manage human resources functions such as payroll and benefits administration

**Skills:**

- Experience in a hospital or dental office setting

- Proficiency in Practice Fusion or similar practice management software

- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Demonstrated ability to manage medical records efficiently

- Budgeting skills to oversee financial aspects of the office

- Experience in human resources management within a healthcare setting

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare administration and possess the skills outlined above, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Medical Office Manager.
