We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their banking needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong interest in working with a team.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and transactions to include cash handling, attention to detail, data entry, and special projects
- Provide fraud prevention detection and take appropriate action when necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, *bilingual preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship management skills to foster long-term customer loyalty
