Description
The Intern - Customer Service & Sales is responsible for preparation of quotes for spare parts.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Enter sales order into SAP system.
- Maintain customer files including manuals for all equipment groups.
- Research inventory for customer ordered parts in stock.
- Research spare parts per customer request on all equipment product groups.
- Print shipping documents from SAP system.
- Input data into customer supplied sites i.e., Oracle, Arriba, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
