Full Time Seasonal Position

Starts Now and Ends 11/17/2024

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the M&C leadership team.
• Updating, maintaining, and organizing of various types of records.
• Weekly payroll time processing in UKG WFD.
• Assisting with inter-office mail pick up and drop off. Distributing incoming mail into the team mailboxes.
• Answering phone calls and re-directing calls to the appropriate party.
• Effectively communicate with others on your team, other maintenance teams, and all other divisional employees and leadership.
• Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively with other maintenance teams and all other divisional employees and leadership.
• Monitor and manage inventory of the main M&C office supplies.
• Greets and assists all visitors who enter the M&C office in a professional manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend instructions, and communicate in English.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E Driver's License or resident state equivalent.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information (in all aspects of the job).
• Must be able to multitask and adapt to continuous changes.
• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must have computer proficiency skills including Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must genuinely display and exhibit the Leading with Love principles; patient, kind, humble, respectful, unselfish, forgiving, trustful, and dedicated.
• Must be able to tolerate a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to prioritize and complete assignments on a timely basis.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 – 3 years of previous staff assistant, human resources, administration or office management and/or experience in a Theme Park Industry setting.
• Experience with UKG WFD.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remember locations, understand and carry instructions.

• Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, concrete.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds (assisted).
• Must be able to tolerate a year-round outdoor environment; cold and hot temperatures.
• Ability to withstand heights, climbs stairs, walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
