The Silver Cloud Hotel Portland is seeking a hospitality professional to add to our Front Desk team. We are a boutique hotel that focuses on friendliness and cleanliness. The job will be 3pm-11pm and require weekend availability. Required to train on night audit and be a backup Night Auditor when needed. The night audit shift is from 11pm-7am

As a Front Desk Agent/back up Night Auditor you will need to provide superior service to our guests. Some of the duties include generating reports, changing/charging guest folios, managing a busy telephone, proper handling of cash, making reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel and providing local information to travelers staying with us.

If you are passionate about providing great guest service, have superior communication skills and the ability to multitask we want to talk to you.
