Flexible Scheduling - Part time and full time help wanted.

Primary Objective: Perform professional finishing functions in the manufacturing process for printed stickers, decals, signs and graphics. Perform quality review of printed products prior to shipping.

Base pay starts at $15 for part time and $17 for full time employees with a bi-weekly bonus potential.

General Responsibilities & Duties:

• Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
• Accurately and professionally represent Lakes Area Graphix to customers and vendors

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Basic operations of machines for cutting, laminating and packaging products
• Perform quality review of printed products prior to shipping.
• Accurate documentation of order status
• Follow the steps in completing the finishing of the product and preparing for packaging
• Packaging and shipping of the product
• Meet deadlines for orders
• Maintain and practice a safe production environment and educate others about safety issues
• Maintain the production shop environment, including cleaning, maintenance and repairs
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures
• All other duties and tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of Microsoft programs, email and order tracking systems
• Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Understand and value working as a team to accomplish goals
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
