The beautiful is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms and is surrounded by the Walt Disney World® Resort! In this exciting role, you would be supervising the Myth Lobby Bar and the Sushi restaurant, Zeta Asia.

A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising both the team members and operations of their assigned outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Ideal candidates for this position will have a passion for curating exceptional guest experiences, the ability to lead by example and prior experience in a high volume restaurant / hotel food and beverage outlet!

Shift Pattern : candidates should be available to work shifts starting between 3 and 5 pm, ending as late as 3 am any day of the week / weekends / holidays as needed

Pay Rate : $20.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising both the team members and operations of their assigned outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
