The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s research, development, and product implementation efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees onboarding and deployment of point of sale into casinos.
Set and hold expectations with client and internal teams.
Be spokesperson for SSI on weekly calls with customers.
Set deployment and install schedule.
Maintain Project Management Software.
Oversees day-to-day management of Implementation Team.
Schedule regular meetings with Implementation Team.
Become an expert in PDQPOS software.
Must have a strong technical background. MS based experience/knowledge.
Familiar with Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Serve as communication conduit for development, customers, and internal departments.
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Pay Range:
Reports to: Operations Project Lead (President/Vice President when no Director of Operations.)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:00pm with an hour paid lunch. Schedules are subject to change, without notice, at the sole discretion of the company. As an exempt employee, it is expected that you will work whatever hours are necessary to accomplish the goals and deliverables of your department.
