Duties:

- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Utilize project management software to track project progress and update project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables are met
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and meeting minutes
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Support process mapping and improvement initiatives
- Assist with risk management activities, including identifying and mitigating project risks
- Contribute to program management activities, such as coordinating program-level tasks and reporting
- Familiarity with SharePoint to manage project documentation and facilitate collaboration
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in a project assistant or coordinator role preferred
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies (e.g., Kaizen) is a plus
