RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to…

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and oversee their successful execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, superintendents, and team members.
  • Engage in value added engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources efficiently.
  • Implement streamlined procedures to enhance project workflow and productivity.
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets using weekly labor and monthly overall cost reports.
  • Identify, address, and manage out-of-scope work and scope creep effectively.
  • Develop and maintain both short-term and long-term project schedules.
  • Handle potential change orders with proactive project management strategies.

This is an in person, on-site position based in Doylestown, PA. Local travel required – up to 2-hour drive time. *Company vehicle provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience in construction of water, wastewater, nuclear, landfill, or oil and gas facilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or P6
  • Project billing experience (labor, equipment, etc.)
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of contracts and contract management

Preferred:

  • College degree
  • Experience with water and wastewater projects
  • OSHA 10, 30, 40 certification
  • Understanding of ProCore software
  • Estimating experience
  • Process knowledge in treatment plants

Desired:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
