The Menu Coordinator will be responsible for building menus for our restaurant point-of-sale customers from scratch, as well as making changes to existing menus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Builds menus from scratch for new clients
• Edits existing client menus at client request
• Communicates with clients and ensures menus are accurate and running smoothly
• Documents, responds to, follows up on, and resolves all assigned work/trouble tickets
• Completes administrative tasks
• Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Typing skills: minimum of 45 words per minute
• Customer service experience preferred
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as on a team
• Must pass a pre-employment background screening

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and technical expertise
• Customer service and troubleshooting experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
