Signature Companies, a Regional Developer and Home Builder involved in Land Development, Home Building, Association Development, Apartment Development and Commercial Development in South Dakota and Iowa for the past 20 years is looking for experienced Job Supervisors.

Will work closely with other job supervisors, sales staff and sub-contractors. 

Daily tasks to include but not limited to: 

• Coordinate and supervise all onsite project construction
• Regularly interact with and maintain good working relationship with owner, sales staff, project manager, subcontractors, material suppliers, and other employees
• Ability to supervise and direct all subcontractors and material suppliers to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, per plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe work site, encouraging safe work practices
• Regularly report to Project Manager with updates 
• Monitor and ensure project quality
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
• Complete punch list identification and completion

Construction background preferred, but all experience will be considered.
