Key Responsibilities of this Position

We have a tremendous opportunity for experienced people who are self-motivated, customer service oriented and seek to achieve a high level of success.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing clients, internet leads and engaging with the customers by phone, in person or by email and creating quick flip designs for smaller in-house projects.

Phone skills and customer ORGANIZATION a MUST along with one year of graphic design!

A minimum of 2-5 years’ sales/customer service experience is required.

100% responsible for timely response to every customer lead (new and existing clients). All our clients are VIP clients, and every new opportunity is a chance to get a customer excited about the growth of their business and brand!

This is a great position for someone who desires an entry level graphic design position. You will be cross-trained and learn many positions within our company. The designs needed for this position will be quick turn around designs that will be built in house so high-quality design speed is important.

Self-proclaimed quick learner. Our product line is extensive, learning and understanding our capabilities will be a requirement for you to become an expert in our industry.

Participate in team meetings and fulfill administrative tasks.

Ability to ask questions and retain information for future projects, a great memory is a requirement for this position!

Monday to Friday - Did we mention...Friday 8 am - 3 pm
