Job Overview:
Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative where you will play a key role in driving company revenue through direct sales of signs to local businesses and municipalities. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service to expand our market presence.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Be creative in ability to offer custom solutions to a customer to help them accomplish their signage needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in outside sales
- Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service
- Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis
- Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs
- Physical Demand: Must have ability to stand or walk around towns
