Entry level Full Time position in our company with opportunity for fast advancement to Project Coordinator.

Reception Duties:

• Answer Incoming Calls for 25 Employee Company
• Transfer Calls to Correct Person or Department
• Enter Potential Client Information into Lead System
• Ship Items via FedEx, UPS, USPS

Administrative Assistant Duties:

• Filing
• Sending designated documents to clients and/or staff for approval
• Creating & Editing Quotes
• Performing Permit Reviews of City Sign Ordinances
• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day tasks

Project Coordinator Duties:

• Be main point of contact with clients
• Provide Customer Service and Support
• Update clients on progress of their sign
• Get project documentations signed
• Negotiate any changes that may be need to projects
• Monitor manufacturing
• Monitor installation
• Fill out closeout documents
