WHAT WE NEED:

Facilities & Maintenance Technician

The Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Facilities and Maintenance Manager with upkeep and maintenance of the buildings, grounds, vehicles, and assets associated with Sigma Engineers and Constructors.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the maintenance ticket system to review and respond to requests from employees for maintenance.
• Receiving inventorying and stocking of supplies for multiple buildings.
• Assist with vehicle fleet maintenance including, but not limited to, gas fill-up and coordinating general maintenance.
• Upkeep of additional storage spaces.
• Assist with moving office furniture and office set up as needed.
• Perform routine inspections of the facilities, identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Pick up and deliver items as requested.
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

WHO WE NEED:

• Must have a high school education or
• Experience in assisting with general maintenance.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Must be well organized, detailed, and customer oriented.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
