Position Overview:
Are you passionate about providing compassionate care? Do you have a knack for leading and supporting others? If so, we want you on our team! As a Care Manager, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising our amazing caregivers to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train caregivers who share our commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Develop personalized care plans and make sure our clients' needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
- Keep an eye on caregiver performance and provide the support they need to excel.
- Be the go-to person for our clients and their families, offering a listening ear and a helping hand.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services.
- Keep everything running smoothly by staying organized and keeping records up to date.
- Verify that caregivers are fulfilling their daily, nightly, and weekly cleaning and laundry responsibilities accurately.
- Ensure caregivers are sharing medical updates and photos with management.
- Confirm that caregivers are administering the client's medication accurately, employing appropriate feeding techniques, and correctly executing exercise and stretching routines.
- Validate that caregivers adhere to the designated checklist, marking tasks only upon completion.
- Verify that caregivers are utilizing provided equipment effectively to assist the client.
- Ensure caregivers maintain attentiveness to schedules, including feeding and exercise times.
- Ensure caregivers maintain a clean and fully stocked environment for the client and assist the client in maintaining personal cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- A big heart and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Great communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
- Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices (don't worry, we'll help you with this!).
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure.
- Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude.

- 12 hour shift
