Location: Loudonville, NY Category: Administrative and Staff Positions Posted On: Wed Mar 6 2024 Job Description:

A full-time position, organizing and implementing activities in support of the six branches of the Mission Office. This includes overseeing student workers; internal and external communication and publicity; preparing purchase orders, receiving and monitoring the budget; coordinating and scheduling for St. Mary of the Angels Chapel.

Salary Range: $18.94-$19.89/an hour

  • The hiring salary above represent the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.

Job Requirements:

A high School degree or equivalent is required. An Associate's degree is preferred. Previous secretarial experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and familiarity with Roman Catholic liturgical and sacramental celebrations. The applicant should be organized, flexible and proficient in the use of all Microsoft office products, and be committed to providing a welcoming environment to our campus community.

A background screening will be required.
