- Lead and manage Sia resources on projects
- Help develop and mentor consultants working within the business unit or on an account
- Create a customized project management roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the project
- Utilize Project Management frameworks and methods in a variety of roles
- Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, andidentifykey stakeholders
- Providestatus reporting of progress, dependencies, issues,risksand overall program health
- Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be needed
- Ensure that key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives
- Determineappropriate metricsand measures that will help the client measure progress, reinforce behavior, and adjust improve implementation results
- Coordinate with other initiatives to make sure there isa common understandingon timelines and other overlaps
- DevelopExecutive-level presentations
- Develop readiness and skilling contentleveragingmultiple modalities based on customer experience best practices
- Identifyopportunities toprovideor createadditionalclient value
- Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting, marketing, and more
- Drive Business Development activities to hit personal required sales targets
- Engage in activities dedicated to supporting our culture
- Collaborate with internal and client project team members,and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
- Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
- Contribute to the development of high-quality andtimelydeliverables
- 10 years’ experience leadingsignificant projectmanagement engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations
- Management Consulting experiencerequired
- Bachelor’s degreerequired
- Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies
- Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal
- Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Solid facilitation experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
- Agile and or Proscior other Change Management certifications preferred
- Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
- Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing, effective feedback
- Ability tofacilitateproject teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
- Based inSeattle, Washingtonand eligible to work in the United States

New York Compensation Info:
New York compensation for this role is between $130,000 and $180,000 per year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines

At this time, in person requirements are issued by departments (Business Unit/Business Line) and vary by office location. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending on business needs and live within a reasonable distance to the office.
