We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our new enterprise program. You'll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, overseeing their execution from planning and scoping to launch, ensuring everything is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.
What Youll Do Here:

• Champion project organization, leading each stage of the digital project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, utilizing agile methodologies (or others) to drive efficiency.
• Be a clear and concise communicator, keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, potential risks, and key milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth sailing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress meticulously, providing regular updates to keep everyone aligned.
• Delegate tasks effectively, fostering clear communication and accountability within your team.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Craft compelling project reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress.

The Skills Youll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital project management.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering successful digital projects (websites, apps, etc.).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
California : [$99,000-140,650]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$99,000 -128,250]
Colorado and Washington: [$99,000 - 118,750]
Nevada: [$93,000-128,250 ]
