The Bar Manager completely runs all aspects of the bar program. The Bar Manager is responsible for creating our seasonal cocktail menus, curating wine & beer lists with a focus on local Maine breweries, managing beverage cost & controls & placing bar orders. Bar Managers also manage the bar team, and together they uphold the visual & cleanliness standards of Showtime Hospitality. The Bar Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Together, our FOH Managers work as a team with the rest of the management to ensure guests receive the best Showtime experience, from greeting to farewell! Qualifications:
- 2 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Focus on providing excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests
