- Service existing clients
- Aquire a deep understanding of the Spirits, Wine, NA and Beer business
- Mobilize and facilitate a plan.
- Persuade and inspire others to participate and enthusiastically accept ideas and plans, so that everyone contributes and is engaged
- Identify and explore opportunities with flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Take quick-thinking action without instruction.
- Maintain a bright outlook and motivate others.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- 2 years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
