Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc.

in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of clean dishes to meet the demands of the restaurant.

Responsibilities :

• Operate industrial dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils using approved methods.
• Inspect cleaned dishes for stains and residual food particles, re-washing if necessary.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, loading and unloading dishwasher efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including dish racks, storage areas, and trash disposal.
• Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste following proper sanitation procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of broken glass and other hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean dishes.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
