We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Field Sales Associate to join our team. This is an in-the-field position and you will be responsible for introducing and educating prospective customers about our business.

Must be available Saturdays and Sundays 11AM-5PM

MUST BE comfortable traveling

Sales Associate Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Visit real estate offices, networking events, and open houses to present our services
• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Engage with potential customers and introduce them to our business.
• Educate prospective customers about our products and services.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
• Maintain a positive image of the company at all times.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing or promotions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Reliable transportation is essential
• Must be comfortable driving in South Florida’s tricounty area
• Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish

Schedule:

• Part-time position (12-15 hours per week)
• Must be available 11AM - 5PM Saturdays and Sundays
