Show Agents is Hiring a Real Estate Showing Assistant / Admin Assistant *LICENSE REQUIRED Near Miramar, FL

Are you passionate about real estate and enjoy helping buyers find their dream home? If you're tired of writing contracts, waiting for commissions, and losing sales, then we have the perfect position for you!

We are currently hiring a Real Estate Admin/Showing Assistant to join our dynamic showing service team. As a Showing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property showings and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires someone bilingual, sociable, reliable, and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Meet buyers at properties and facilitate property showings
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
  • Visit open houses every week as a Field Sales Ambassador
  • Download and review MLS sheets before each appointment
  • Collect buyer feedback and write appointment summaries
  • Accompany appraisers, inspectors, and third parties during property appointments
  • Complete real estate errands as needed (e.g., picking up keys, recording virtual showings)
  • Take videos and photos of properties under the manager's direction
  • Participate in open houses and visit offices
  • Assist with marketing activities, including social media management, monthly newsletters, preparing and distributing marketing materials
  • Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Contribute to various projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid real estate license and supra
  • Your license must be hung with our brokerage
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Must be comfortable driving in South Florida’s tricounty area
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish

Schedule:

  • Part-time position (20-30 hours per week)
  • Day, evening, and weekend availability required
  • Must be available in Wed-Fri 4-7pm and Sat & Sun 11am-5pm
