Leading short-term rental management company is looking for a motivated self-starter to join the team. Position of a City Manager to handle a portfolio of short-term rental properties in the Miami metropolitan area.

Short-term rental experience is a plus, but not required.

Currently a part-time position, leading to a full-time within few months.

Your responsibilities:

- onboarding new clients

- communicating with landlords and guests

- filling calendars with bookings

- optimizing nightly rates

- analyzing competition

- managing maintenance and cleaning teams

- responding to emergencies

Requirements:

- in-depth knowledge of the Miami metropolitan area, its demographics and the rental real estate market

- strong communication skills

- prior managerial experience is highly desirable

- proficiency in English is mandatory (both spoken and written)

- goal oriented, mature, responsible, tech savvy, self starter with minimal supervision

- ability to handle stress, work under pressure, find creative solutions and work in a fast-paced environment

- access to a vehicle

Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian languages is a strong bonus.
