The Sholley Insurance Agency, located in Lewisburg and Selinsgrove, PA is seeking a qualified applicant to fill the role of Personal Lines Account Executive. Serving the insurance needs of Central PA since, 1985, we are a highly talented, proven winner in the insurance industry, and we strive for excellence in all we do.

We are looking for an outgoing, client focused team player with a passion to provide the outstanding service our clients have come to expect. Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, is driven by building strong client relationships and has a desire to provide solutions to varied client needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Educating our clients and prospective clients on coverage’s, providing the coverage necessary to protect the assets of every client’s unique situation and circumstances.
• Create and maintain client and company relationships.
• Assist clients in making payments, submitting claims and making changes to their policies.
• New business and existing client sales and service, cross-selling and account rounding.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to effectively multitask and return to prior projects after interruption.
• A current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required for application. You will need to obtain your Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license within 90 days of employment.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
