```Duties```
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with patient intake forms and medical history updates
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, dental procedures, and dental insurance processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office software such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft for scheduling and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
