Position: Receptionist
Reports to: Human Resources
Summary: The Receptionist responsibilities include answering phones, welcoming the public, distribution of mail and faxes. Preparing all shipping documentation for all packages for the entire company. Miscellaneous duties including the maintenance and ordering of office supplies for various departments.

Employment Standards
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1-year experience answering phones for a small to midsize company with multiple lines.
Knowledge and Skills:
Pleasant phone voice and personality. Good communication skills. Good typing skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Must be organized and detailed. Must read and write English.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long hours at a time. Lifting to 15 lbs.
Languages:
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
